1759 Christoffel Vought House

The pre-Revolutionary War farmhouse was built by Christoffel Vought, a Loyalist during the War. The house includes many architectural details that area historians say are irreplaceable. It is also the site of the former Wilda Johnson Farm off Gray Rock Road. The Vought farmhouse was declared by the state to be eligible for inclusion on the National and State Historic Registries in 1979.
