c. 1800 Coss Building
No one can come up with a history of the building that for many years served as an insurance or real estate office before being boarded up more than a decade ago. In the County’s 1979 inventory of
Sites of Historic Interest, it is described as the D. Miller dwelling, a Georgian style two-story, gambrel roofed, deep center hall structure with two interior chimneys in each gable end.
